The CNC router is programmed with specific cutting patterns and dimensions, allowing us to create intricate and precise designs with ease.

CNC Waterjet technology is a cutting-edge method for precise cutting and shaping of a wide range of materials, including metal, stone, glass, ceramic, and more. At Capella Stones, we use CNC waterjet machines to create beautiful and intricate designs for our customers. A CNC waterjet machine uses a high-pressure water stream mixed with an abrasive material, such as a garnet, to cut through the material. The waterjet is controlled by a computer, allowing for precise and accurate cuts. The CNC waterjet machines we use at Capella Stones can cut through materials up to 6 inches thick and produce parts with a tolerance of just a few thousandths of an inch.
